ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This statement was last updated on 13 April 2025.

We at The Reform Her Room are working to make our site, www.thereformherroom.com accessible to people with disabilities.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience for all users, and we are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website to meet the needs of all individuals, regardless of ability.

If you encounter any accessibility issues while using our site or need support accessing any of our content, please don’t hesitate to contact us:
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use.
As part of this effort, we have:

-
Set the language of the site
-
Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages
-
Added alternative text to images
-
Implemented color combinations that meet required color contrast
-
Reduced the use of motion on the site
-
Ensured that videos, audio, and downloadable files are accessible wherever possible
We are committed to continually improving the accessibility of our site. If you encounter any difficulty, please contact us at hello@thereformherroom.co.nz and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
The accessibility of certain pages on this site depends on content provided by third-party platforms, such as Momence (for class bookings) and, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
The following pages are affected by this:
www.thereformherroom.com/bookings
www.thereformherroom.com/schedule
We therefore declare partial compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard for these pages, and we are actively working with our providers to ensure the best possible experience for all users.
