The Reform Her Room – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership & Payments
1.1. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Memberships are billed weekly via automatic payments.
1.3. Payments are non-refundable and will continue unless canceled as per the cancellation policy.
1.4. Members must ensure their payment details are up to date to avoid disruptions to their membership.
2. Membership Types & Usage
2.1. Reform Lite: 1 session per week (does not roll over).
2.2. Reform Standard: 2 sessions per week (does not roll over).
2.3. Reform Ultimate: Unlimited sessions (subject to fair use).
2.4. Sessions must be pre-booked through our Momence booking system.
3. Booking & Cancellations
3.1. Session cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice via the booking system.
3.2. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.
3.3. No-shows may result in a booking restriction.
4. Membership Holds & Cancellations
4.1. Members can pause their membership for up to 4 weeks per year with 7 days’ notice. $5 recurring admin fee per week suspended
4.2. Membership cancellations require 14 days’ notice via email.
4.3. The Reform Her Room reserves the right to terminate memberships for misuse of the facility or breach of terms.
5. Failed Payments & Debt Collection
5.1. If a payment fails, the member will be notified and must resolve the outstanding balance within 5 days.
5.2. If payment is not received within 7 days, access to bookings will be suspended until the balance is paid.
5.3. Accounts with unpaid balances exceeding 14 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, and the member will be responsible for any associated fees.
5.4. The Reform Her Room reserves the right to cancel the membership due to repeated failed payments.
6. Studio Rules & Etiquette
6.1. Arrive on time for your session to respect other members’ bookings.
6.2. Clean your reformer after use using provided wipes.
6.3. Respect the space—no loud phone calls or disruptive behavior.
6.4. No sharing of memberships—each membership is for personal use only.
7. Liability & Safety
7.1. By using the studio, members acknowledge that Reformer Pilates involves physical activity and assume all risks.
7.2. The Reform Her Room is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings.
7.3. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before participating.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. The Reform Her Room reserves the right to update these terms, with notice provided to members.
