How Our On-Demand Sessions Work
At The Reform Her Room, we do things a little differently, because we know women need flexibility as much as they need movement.
Our studio operates as a self-led, on-demand space, meaning you can book and train at a time that suits you, without waiting for a staffed class or coach.
Here’s how it works:

Book Your DreamPod Session through Momence at your preferred time.

Arrive and set up your station — your DreamPod will guide you through your chosen workout.

Move at your own pace with on-screen coaching, or follow along with your favourite YouTube or Pilates app.
While our space is unstaffed most of the time, you’re never on your own. Zoey is available to book for 1:1 support sessions or personalised studio walkthroughs — especially before your first visit.
We recommend booking a walkthrough before your first session so we can:

Show you how to use the equipment safely and confidently.

Help you select the right program for your goals or current stage (postpartum, rebuilding, or returning to movement).

Answer any questions and ensure you feel completely at home.
It’s the perfect balance of independence with expert support — giving you the freedom to train on your time, with the confidence that you’re doing it right.
